Instrument evaluation

 In music I learnt to play many instruments the piano, keyboard, ukulele and guitar. Although I love the piano and keyboard because I find it easy to play I only just got the hang of the guitar and want to learn more. The most challenging instrument to play was the guitar it was the only instrument I took forever to learn, both the piano and keyboard were pretty easy but the guitar was hard to play. I really want to play all instruments but for now I am going to stick to learning more about the guitar. I would like to at least learn 1 song on the guitar as I know many songs on the piano and keyboard, the ukulele is no for me its just too small.

 

The guitar

 The guitar is a 6 stringed instrument, because i'm a new learner I find it difficult to move my fingers along the threats. Although playing it is annoying and hard I still have fun and love it. A ukulele is another instrument which looks similar to the guitar except it is smaller and has only 4 strings. The song I love hearing played with the guitar is Tears in heaven by Eric Clapton. Not only does this song have a good meaning to it but it is also calming.

Ukulele

 A ukulele is a instrument similar to a guitar but instead it is smaller and has only 4 strings. The ukulele was made in Hawaii in the 19th century by Manuel Nunes. So far i´ve been learning how to play just the way you are by Bruno Mars.

Piano

 The piano was invented in Italy by Bartolomelo Cristofori. The picture shows what the first ever paino looked like, which was made in the year 1655. A piano is an acoustic instrument where as a keyboard is an electric instrument, The piano is an instrument everyone loves and can enjoy to play, i've found it challenging to play keys that are very far from each other because I have small hands, but this is an instrument I love and have fun playing.

5. I dont have a top 5 because its too hard to choose, but my top 3 I always listen to is Like I want you by Giveon, Heartbreak anniversary by Giveon and What you did by Ella Mai.

Music genre

In music class we had to research about a certain genre our group picked. My group picked R&B because it is a genre we listen to but don´t know much about. Something new that I learnt was that R&B means Rhythm & Blues.

Music pizazz!

I chose the piano because i´ve always wanted to play this instrument. The song I played was Married life from the movie up, because i´ve seen this movie multiple times I love the song. I found this song challenging because of the timing, it was a bit difficult to get the timing right. The outcome was surprisingly not bad but as mentioned I could´ve done better with the timing of the song. This semester has been a lot of fun, not  only learning  how to play piano but also other instruments like guitar,ukulele and the drum.
