My business Fruit Flora sold a traditional fruit drink from Tonga Otai and fruit kebabs. Getting to actually sell our drinks and kebabs was quite stressful, as we had to organise who was getting what and how we would keep the drinks and kebabs cool. I learnt that to create a business you need people who will actually put effort in helping, and cooperate well with each other. Although it was really frustrating organising this our business was successful in the end, not only because we sold out but everyone seemed to like it. If I were to do this again I would definitely think carefully about who I will work with, and make sure we are all on the same page as we are working together, also share between the 4 of us about who will do this and who will do that. In the end this years market day was a good experience and was fun to see what other people sold.
